Love Bites Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Sponsor: The "Love Bites" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Prince Street Pizza ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who place an order from Prince Street Pizza at The Well location or online during the Giveaway Period. No age restrictions apply unless prohibited by law in the entrant's jurisdiction.
  3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on February 10, 2025, and ends on February 15, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must place an order from Prince Street Pizza either in person at The Well location or online during the Giveaway Period. Each order qualifies as one entry. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the pizza order.
  5. Prize: The prize consists of four (4) whole Prince Street Pizzas of the winner’s choice, including delivery. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $250.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be determined by the discovery of a heart-shaped pizza sticker placed randomly inside pizza boxes during the Giveaway Period. The sticker serves as proof of winning.
  7. Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must contact Prince Street Pizza with proof of the heart-shaped sticker. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided upon verification.
  8. General Conditions:
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Prince Street Pizza is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Prince Street Pizza is not responsible for any technical issues, delivery delays, or other factors beyond its control that may affect participation or prize delivery.
